Lets say you have a webmaster whose interest is in Internet sales and another webmaster with a sizeable number of contacts in his mailing list, but with no product or suitable offer for his readers. Than the logical solution is to connect these two with a suitable joint venture agreement, split the profits accordingly and capitalize on the sales. This happens to be one of the main reasons why people take the initiative to start a business joint venture. Another reason for a joint venture agreement is to build a subscriber list.
